Islamabad: Kashmir Committee Chairman and senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf lawmaker Shehryar Afridi on Friday lashed out at India for its barbarism in the Indian occupied Kashmir.
Afridi, in a tweet, said that barbarism and the atrocities of the Indian military in the occupied territory were a scar on the face of the global community.
He appealed to the global community to take notice of the violations of human rights in Kashmir.

Afridi, who was last month elected the chairman of the Kashmir Committee has been vocal about Kashmir for many years as a lawmaker, former interior minister, and as a close aide of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In an earlier tweet, in Urdu, today, on the International Day of Victims of Torture, Afridi appealed to the international community to hold the fascist government of India accountable for human rights violations in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and hold the occupation army accountable for state terrorism.

Earlier in the day Pakistan Prime Minister also lashed out at India for grievous human rights situations in the occupied territory.
